What problems do the three functions solve respectively?
- Custom page:Carrying about us, service descriptions, policies, cases and other long-term content.
- Menu navigation:Decide how customers enter pages, products, collections, and blogs from the top, bottom, or other entry points.
- theme design:Control the visual layout, modules, colors, pictures and display methods of the homepage and each page.
Successfully creating a page does not mean that customers will be able to find it; usually the page also needs to be added to the appropriate menu. Just because the menu has links does not mean that the visuals are suitable; you also need to check the actual presentation on the desktop and mobile phones in the theme.

Recommended order for creating pages
- Confirm the page’s purpose, target audience, and main action buttons.
- Write the title, body text, search title, and search description.
- Check that company information, certifications, cases, and policies in the content are verifiable.
- Save the page and open the real address to check the layout.
- When you need to make the entrance public, add the page to the corresponding menu.
How to plan navigation menu
The top menu should prioritize high-frequency entries such as products, solutions, help, and contact, and there should not be too many first-level items; secondary pages, policies, and support content are more suitable at the bottom. Multi-layered menus need to control the level and name length to avoid line breaks on the desktop or excessively deep click paths on the mobile phone.
Safety procedures for theme design
- Copy or select a draft topic:Don't put experimental changes directly into the current live theme.
- Adjust by module:Process structure, copywriting, pictures, colors and links in order to reduce mutual influence.
- Generate preview:Use the preview address to check the latest version, and do not equate "save successfully" with the frontend being displayed correctly.
- Multi-terminal check:At a minimum, check the navigation, above the fold, content, forms, and footers on both desktop and mobile.
- Published after explicit confirmation:Only when the content and function check is completed and confirmed by the person in charge will the official theme be switched.
When does the cache need to be refreshed?
If the backend has been saved but the frontend still displays the old content, you can reload it using the new preview address; if it is still inconsistent, refresh the store or page cache according to the website maintenance process. After refreshing, you should re-open the real page verification and don't just look at the background prompts.
What else to check after publishing
The published official domain name and preview address may be affected by cache, global configuration, and third-party services. The home page, main pages, items or products, contact portals, help centers, and language paths should be double-checked to confirm that there are no template sample text, broken links, or other branded content remaining.
